Room was spotless and had a balcony which was great, especially during hot weather. Staff was really helpful and nice. We arrived at the hotel before check in hours, room wasn't ready yet, but reception let us leave our luggage in safe place until we could check in. Location was good, not in the city centre, but easy access to bus and metro that takes you directly to city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby + 24h shop just over the road.

The staff at the front desk are super helpful and courteous namely Miguel, Pablo, Alvaro, Olajita. Check in was smooth and easy and the room as as expected, peaceful and fabulous. I love the location of this property. There is a HUGE mall nearby (5mins leisurely walk) with a food court. Lots of eateries, shops and super markets in the neighbourhood and super safe. The chef too was very kind and there was good spread for breakfast. Though limited options for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Good location only 15 minute walk from Sants station and 10 minutes to metro for getting to city centre. Good size room and bathroom.

I had booked a superior room and everything that was promised was fulfilled. The only slight disappointment was that one of the beds was a sofa bed but that didn't really matter. Our room was not affected by outside noise so we had no disturbances through the night. Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after we had checked out.

The property was clean, well located if you’re planning on using busses asa your main method of transportation. The room was clean with enough space for 2 people and a nice little balcony. The hotel has multiple restaurants,bakeries and supermarkets nearby with a big mall 4 mins walk away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great if on business in Les Corts. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area. 12 o'clock checkout was perfect. Since one of the evenings I stayed was the night of the Eurovision Song Contest, and nearby guests and residents were seemingly having parties and being very loud on the surrounding balconies, I am happy to report that the soundproofing when the balcony door is closed was extremely effective! I didn't realise they were all partying until I opened the door for some air!

The room I booked was spacious on the top floor with modern ambience and a terrace with a view. Exactly as photo and turned out to exceed my expectation. Restaurant area was modern and nice but slow. Buffet Breakfast was good but soon found local bakeries to obtain something more me. I asked staff about places to eat in the city. My thanks to the lovely ladies from Galicia and Genoa who were super friendly and helped out. Location was a surprise. It's a trek to the metro at Les Corts but great shopping centre called villa 500 meters away. Big brands and super food area. I found it easy to take next stop up from Les Corts and shop Lilla. If you walk down towards railway station there are two reatuarnts where the locals eat and the area has lots of eating places, supermarkets and shops.

Hotel was very tidy and quiet and reception staff were polite and helpful. Room was of good size and provided with coffee/tea making facilities. Bathroom was well stocked with shampoos etc. We didn't eat at the hotel but used local cafes for breakfast and our evening meals. Was helpful being able to keep our cases at hotel after we had checked out and before we headed for airport.
